Indigenous man and granddaughter handcuffed at Vancouver BMO branch file human rights complaints
An Indigenous man has filed human rights complaints against the Bank of Montreal and the Vancouver Police Department after he and his granddaughter were handcuffed outside a branch while trying to open an account last year.
