A human rights complaint has been settled between TD Bank and a B.C. man who is Heiltsuk and Pakistani. He claimed he was racially profiled at a Surrey branch more than four years ago. As Wawmeesh Hamilton explains, part of the settlement included a traditional washing ceremony.
